Easyride from Lien Son to Da Lat

Today was the second day of the easyrider tour and it was as good as the first one. The weather was great and we started with an Elephant breakfast and then worked our way through the mountains, stopping at rice fields and at silk worm producers, drinking fresh brewed coffee from the local plantations, visiting the Elephant waterfall and silk weaver, where I had to taste the worm left over after the silk has been removed – tasty. After that I learned how rice wine is produced and that coffee beans digested and shitted out by weasels are used to produce the most expensive coffee – weasel shit coffee – costing 300 USD per kg because they only pick the best beans – so the coffee should be the best and no shit at all. Now I am waiting in the hotel for the night bus to Saigon and will continue to the Mekong Delta.
