Motorbiketrip from Nah Trang to Lien Son

Today I finally started my motorbike trip which was not possible yesterday. We started today very early in the morning – checked out at 7 am and after a baguette from the wife of my driver we set off at 7:30 am. First we made some stops along the coast inspecting the fresh catch of the day from the last night, watching the funny basket rowers in their rounds baskets with one row – you have to be well trained otherwise you go in circles – by the way these are made from bamboo and first tightened with buffalo shit and then tar – pretty lightweight as you can see.
Then the rain caught up on us again but we managed well and had a magnificient trip to Lien Son about 150 km ride. Tonight I am sleeping in an traditional long house - you also see on the pictures - tomorrow I will continue to Dalat - another 185 km - wish me weather luck
